The Mechanics of International Trade Finance

This established 16-week on-line distance learning programme was designed, written, and is facilitated by Stephen Jones. The course comprises 8 comprehensive units delivered via who have more than 10 years of experience in web-based learning.

2. Collections, Aval & Forfaiting
3. Documentary Credits
4. Specialist Types of Credit
5. Demand Guarantees & Standby Credits
6. Structured Trade Finance
7. Open Account Payments & their Financing
8. Commodity Finance

Each unit contains comprehensive text (accessed on-line, downloaded, or printed as required). This can be worked through at a pace and time to suit each delegate. The programme is brought to life through 38 pre-recorded video tutorials and 37 document examples.

During the programme, the delegates have on-going access to the course director, Stephen Jones to raise questions, seek clarification where required, and to enter into discussion with other fellow delegates via the course on-line forum.

Those delegates who successfully complete and pass the optional end-of course written assignment receive a London-based university post graduate certificate at masters level (UK level 7).
