What we charge:
Our commission fee is 1.5% of the contract sale price that we achieve for your property, only payable once your sale has successfully completed

Creation of bespoke internet advertising for the main UK internet property portals and our social media channels
Enquiry handling, arranging and conducting viewings
Follow up and providing detailed feedback from viewings
Negotiation of offers and assessment of buyer viability
Introduction to recommended solicitors if required
Liaison with buyers and conveyancing solicitors through exchange of contracts and on to completion of sale
Our aim is to create an enhanced package of information and images which will help your property to stand out from the competition and enable potential buyers to really visualise what it may be like to live in your property or location. There are several elements to how we do this and some will depend on type of property, location, or how you wish your property to be presented. Our sale fee always includes:
